Ocotillo Sculpture Fountain

I see this fountain every time I visit this strip mall near my house. I always think about taking photos of it, but I usually don't have the time or the light is horrible. I wasn't too sure about stopping today because it was a bit bright and the angle of the sun limited my choices of angle, but I gave it a try anyway.
