This was my first year not spending Thanksgiving with my family in San Diego. Luckily Summer was here and we finally got to take the trip to Sedona that we'd wanted to for years!

I had a little bit of time before I had to leave for the airport this morning, so I walked a bit more around downtown and took a quick trip to the top of the Arch.

One thing I learned about riding to the top of the Arch is that when they ask you if you're claustrophobic when you buy your ticket, they aren't kidding! The "tram" is more what I would call an "escape pod." They cram 5 people in a space small enough where 1-2 people would feel cramped!

I took a quick trip to St. Louis to attend a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Math) Summit sponsored by LEGO Education and had a little time while walking to and from the convention center to take some photos.
